Amazon ended its own US prep service on 1 January 2026. Every unit must now arrive fully prepped. What this means for you

Services

Amazon FBA Prep & Pack

Your prep centre at the source. We receive in Phnom Penh, prep to Amazon’s specification and ship straight to FBA.

Best for brands and sellers who already have an Amazon account

Since Amazon stopped prepping inbound US inventory on 1 January 2026, every unit you send must arrive fully compliant — correct FNSKU, sealed poly bag, suffocation warning, expiry labels, compliant carton. Get it wrong and Amazon charges an inbound defect fee, or refuses the shipment outright. We make that someone else’s problem: ours.

What we do to every unit

Receiving & inspection

Cartons counted against your packing list, units checked for damage, defects photographed and reported before anything is prepped.

FNSKU labelling

Correct barcode, correct placement, supplier barcodes covered. Transparency and serialised labels handled on request.

Polybagging & suffocation labels

Sealed poly bags with the mandatory suffocation warning on every bag with a 5" opening or larger. No loose or partially sealed bags.

Bundling & multipacks

Sets built, sealed and labelled as a single sellable unit — the "sold as set, do not separate" work Amazon insists on.

Kitting & custom packaging

Multi-component kits, inserts, hang tags, branded sleeves and gift packaging assembled to your spec.

Expiry & lot control

Date labelling on unit and master case, and a shelf-life check so nothing arrives inside Amazon’s 90-day window.

Carton packing & palletising

Repacked into compliant shipping cartons, box labels applied, palletised and stretch-wrapped for freight.

Shipment plans & carrier handoff

We create the Amazon shipment plan, print the labels and hand off to your forwarder or ours. This is free.

Compliance we handle by default

  • FNSKU applied correctly and supplier barcodes covered
  • Poly bags sealed, with suffocation warning on any 5" or larger opening
  • Sets and multipacks marked "sold as set, do not separate"
  • Expiry dates on both unit and master case, with 90+ days shelf life verified
  • Fragile items protected to survive Amazon’s drop test
  • Shipping cartons within Amazon’s weight and dimension limits

The process

Four steps from your factory floor to an Amazon fulfilment centre.

  1. 01

    Send us your goods

Deliver to our Phnom Penh facility, or we collect from your factory. Tell us what is coming and when.

  2. 02

    We receive and inspect

Counted, checked and photographed on arrival. You get a receiving report the same day — including anything that arrived damaged.

  3. 03

    We prep to Amazon spec

Labelled, bagged, bundled, boxed. Every unit compliant. Typical turnaround is 48 hours from receipt.

  4. 04

    Straight out to Amazon

Shipment plan created, cartons labelled, freight booked. We cross-dock — your stock does not sit in a warehouse accruing fees.
